This is the podcast that made me realize product management is basically applied economics. Lenny has this gift for pulling actual, usable frameworks out of PMs and founders who've scaled real products — not the vague 'follow your intuition' stuff, but specific mental models you can steal. Every episode I come away with at least one thing I want to try.

What I especially respect is that Lenny does the homework.
